Life With Us

Where else can you work for one of the biggest names in PC hardware, then retreat at lunch for a session on our high-end gaming PCs? Perhaps a game of pool? Table tennis?

Only at Novatech.

We embody a relaxed atmosphere and offer a casual dress code (we draw the line at string vests. Sorry, not sorry). There’s always music in the office, and we let you work how you like to work. If you prefer to kick back in a beanbag to read that manual, do it. If you’re a pacer, pace away! As long as you’re happy, we’re happy.

Our family-feel culture means that staff are approachable across all levels of the company. We don’t hold meetings to arrange meetings – if you need to talk to a Board member or a member of the assembly line team to get your work done, go for it!

Our business is filled with experts of their field that work autonomously to build and develop the technological landscape. We respect that you have the skills, experience and knowledge to do your job in the best way you know how, and we want you to embrace it by working with us.

Our vision and values

Here at Novatech, we are on a QUEST to achieve our vision of becoming recognised across every market as the best UK provider of specialised IT hardware solutions. The QUEST also represents our Company Values:

  • Quality

  • Urgency

  • Efficiency

  • Support

  • Trust

Throughout the company, our Values can be seen in the What, When, Why and How of our daily activities and interactions with one another.

Anti-Bullying Alliance

It’s important to us that Novatech is a place where everyone feels happy and safe coming to work. We want to celebrate our people and we’re constantly working on ways in which we can create an inclusive culture and great workplace.

A step we’ve taken to show our commitment is becoming an Associate Member of the Anti-Bullying Alliance - a collection of organisations and individuals who are working together to stop bullying and create safer environments in work and in education settings.

As a technology company which works closely with education customers, we feel we have a part to play in helping to safeguard and protect children from harmful online content, as well as helping our employees. We’re really proud to put our name to Alliance.
